The process for creating an organization’s customized shubeez is simple and is detailed below for each standard option.
Wholesale option
Step One 1. After the client contacts a shubeez representative, a meeting is scheduled to discuss what the organization’s goals are and how shubeez can help the client achieve them.
Step Two 2. After the client’s organization decides to pursue the development of their own, personalized with their brand Shubeez, project details are laid-out including a timeline for production. Additionally, a design meeting is scheduled to determine what will be featured on the face of the Shubeez, including color choices, etc. Our designers will create a personalized shubeez design from the information gathered at this meeting.
Step Three3. The design is presented to the client for approval and after any requested adjustments are gathered and implemented, the design is finalized and forwarded onto our manufacturer for mold creation and manufacturing.
Step Four 4. For clients selecting a wholesale option, the shubeez product is delivered for their distribution, ending the process.
Web-based Campaign Option

Step Two 2. After the client’s organization decides to pursue the development of their own, personalized shubeez, project details are laid-out including a timeline for production. Additionally, a design meeting is scheduled to determine what will be featured on the face of the shubeez, including color choices, etc. Our designer will create a personalized shubeez design from the information gathered at this meeting.
Step Three 3. The design is presented to the client for approval and after any requested adjustments are gathered and implemented, the design is finalized and forwarded onto our manufacturer for mold creation and manufacturing.
Step Four 4. While the product design process is taking place, the client will be supplying the shubeez organization with their web-page content, images, etc. Our web-designers will be creating the client’s personalized webpage from the client supplied content. After client approval is received on the webpage design, it is made live and available for transactions.
Step Five 5. The client is now a shubeez campaign partner. We create a hands off process, in which orders and payments are collected via the client’s shubeez webpage. Also, through our distribution partner Songster Enterprises, shubeez takes care of all shipping and handling. We handle the entire shubeez camapign A-Z. Your only responsibility is to help us promote your shubeez campaign!
Step Six 6. Your shubeez campaign page is yours for life. You now have a year round fundraising tool that will continue to support your efforts. A shubeez revenue report and payment are sent on a monthly schedule. $2.20 of each $4.99 shubeez individual purchase is given back to the shubeez partner. A bulk purchase option is available for national partners that have affiliates wishing to purchase their shubeez at a wholesale price and raise funds for individual or local events. The partner receives 30% of that purchase and the affiliate can resale to raise additional funds for their efforts.
